Preschoolers
2 1/2-5 years

Please fill out the "Sunny Days Child Care Interest Form" for pre-enrollment and We will follow-up with a phone call to schedule an interview and tour. If you are hoping to enroll as soon as possible, it is recommended to submit the health forms to your child's pediatrician; it tends to take about a week or longer to receive the forms back.
